My thoughts: I’ve started reading this six book series earlier this year, and I am very glad I did. It was an amazing series and a great spin-off to Vampire Academy. If you feel like reading this series, I highly recommend you do so.

What I love the most about Richelle Mead’s writing is how addictive it is. Every time I pick up one of her books, I can’t put it down and The Ruby Circle was no exception.

Starting The Ruby Circle I had a lot of expectations and I was a bit worried about the conclusion. Indeed, unlike with Vampire Academy, I knew this was a final goodbye. So I wanted real, satisfying closure. And that’s exactly what I got. The Ruby Circle was a great finale to a great series, and although it was a bit short for me, it still had everything you would expect from a conclusion.

First, I have to say I didn’t see much coming in this last book. Many of the plot points caught me completely off guard. When I first started this series there’s no way I could have figured out where it was heading. I won’t go into details here because I don’t want to spoil anyone, but feel free to come and talk about it in the comment section below.

This book, just like the others was action-packed but also full of humor. In this final book you can truly appreciate the evolution of each characters and I can now official say that I love Adrian Ivashkov.

Not gonna lie, I’d be more than ok with having another spin-off series. But I was still extremely happy with this ending.
